add papilio pro UCF for first-project

Hello sir, great book!
I am reading the book and doing the examples with a Papilio Pro (LX9), and maybe later with a Pipistrello (LX45), together with the logicstart megawing v.1.2.

are you interested in pull requests like this which make the book more useful for beginners with these newer boards?
