Comparing transcription factor binding sites with histone marks and methylation signatures.

What can we find out by matching up transcription factor binding sites with DNA methylation (and histone mark) signatures, so this project is definitely of interest. Datasets considered can include those from IHEC in addition to ENCODE. IHEC is of interest here because it contains more primary cell types (where ENCODE seems to be mostly cell lines).
