  • Creates google forms at appropriate times based on Project Registration Data
  • Google forms have custom success metric questions as well as standard questions
  • Questions can be sorted appropriately into sections
  • Standard questions can be customized with question type as well as time period (1m, 6m, 1yr, 3yr, 5yr)
  • Sends chapters an email with the created form link notifying them to send the form to the non-profit
  • Collects responses from those Google Forms, parses them, and stores them in the Airtable
  • Sends reminders appropriately based on the status of the project and whether or not its being used
