Creates google forms at appropriate times based on Project Registration Data
Google forms have custom success metric questions as well as standard questions
Questions can be sorted appropriately into sections
Standard questions can be customized with question type as well as time period (1m, 6m, 1yr, 3yr, 5yr)
Sends chapters an email with the created form link notifying them to send the form to the non-profit
Collects responses from those Google Forms, parses them, and stores them in the Airtable
Sends reminders appropriately based on the status of the project and whether or not its being used
