Android OpenCV Compiling/Testing/Development
The instructions outlined here: http://opencv.willowgarage.com/wiki/Android work well. Ethan Rublee [email protected] is the developer/did the port. He indicated on the below android-opencv that he is working on a new version that will use the new unmodified NDK.
