docs(commit): Update dependencies in README files

- Updated the dependencies list in the README files.
- Added GitHub Copilot CLI to the list.
- Removed unnecessary dependencies from the list.
- Fixed typo in one  of the dependencies.
- Made formatting improvements to the README files.
