Gives more time to ffmpeg to finish encoding. 5 seconds is too short, at least for the first time after node has been up and started/created.

We finally get rid of xuggler and humble-video as we keep seeing memory leaks which are unusable if the server is continuously running without restarting the process.
For video recording, we started using ffmpeg installed on the system creating video from screenshots, which seems to be running fine now for few months.
