This bot works as a Support Ticket Manager. Through a pre-reacted message, users can create a support ticket. The bot will create a separate channel, accessible only to the user that requested the ticket and the server's staff members.

🔧 Usage

In order to have this bot work, you'll need to execute a few commands prior to have it running. Here's a list of commands that you will need to run when adding this bot to your server:

1. Set up the support message category
2. Set up the staff role that will be pinged on channel creation
3. Add an image that will be sent on the first message of the created channel
4. Set up the message that will be reacted and will serve as a ticket creator

Additionally, you can use the following commands for further customization:

1. Enable error reporting to the bot's owner
2. Enable support channel logging on finish
