Apart from standard bug-fixes such as

Wa add a visible testcase ID

And a fulltext testcase search (can fulltext search other entities via API as well)
#220

Fulltext works for testcase name, description, pre-conditions, steps, parameters and even ID. Regular Expressions can be used for sophisticated search queries
