Replace as many user-facing references to River with "syntax", "configuration", "Alloy configuration syntax", or "Alloy configuration" as much as possible. This is a first pass, and more passes will be needed closer to the 1.0 launch.

Replace as many user-facing references to River with "syntax", "configuration", "Alloy configuration syntax", or "Alloy configuration" as much as possible.
This is a first pass, and more passes will be needed closer to the 1.0 launch. In particular, this commit avoids changing any reference which may be conflict prone until closer to launch, especially Go struct tags.
