How to get help

Check our FAQ page to see if your question is answered in there.

If you have questions on how to do something in GDL, you can ask in our Discord or open an issue here on github.

If you know there is something broken(bug) in GDL or have a feature you would like to see added, please create an issue for it.

Issues on Github do the following:

• Makes it easier to for us to see new issues or feature request.
• They don't get skipped over when trying to read a bunch of new messages in discord.
• Keeps the conversion specific to this issue and all in one place.
• You get a notifications when someone posts an answer and don't need to read through a discord chat to see if it was answered while you where away.
• You get a notification that your issue or feature request was fixed/added/closed.

Reporting a bug on github

If it is a bug, check to see if it is already on our issue tracker here: Issues.

In order to help solve your issue, please follow these steps.

1. Go to our issue tracker page at this link: Create A Bug Report

2. Describe the error you ran into the best you can. The more details you will give us, the fastest we will solve your issue.

3. Find the log file. instructions here.

4. Attach that log file into the issue you are creating on Github

After you created the issue, we will try to respond as fast as we can so just go grab a coffee while we investigate 😄
