Dependency update

• history not upgraded because of bug in push() which is essential. [v5] Undocumented breaking changes remix-run/history#811
• eslint not upgraded (involved breaking changes)

Webpack is also not upgraded yet because I cant figure out why this error pops up in the console: Cannot read property 'tap' of undefined.
My upgrade notes for webpack if someone wants to continue upgrading webpack:

Please note that these changes do not addres all issues comming whit the webpack upgrade. I think the further problems are caused by some webpack plugins not being migrated yet.
