Update Jerryscript patches to work against v3.0.0. (#470)

JerryScript v3.0.0 introduced significant changes to file structures and function interfaces, resulting in incompatibilities
with the existing codebase. This pull request addresses these issues by updating function calls, parameters, and other
affected parts of the code to ensure compatibility with the latest version of JerryScript.
