Artelys Knitro interface for linear problems

Adding:

  • ortools/knitro directory with 'environnment' and CMakeLists.txt files
  • ortools/linear_solver/knitro_interface*.cc files (interface and test files)

Modifying:

  • ortools/linear_solver/CMakeLists.txt file

Pipelines:

  • Linux: OK
  • Windows: needs fix
  • Other: not developped so far

  1. what is the relation with the other PR ?
  2. Can you rebase somehow ? 1350 files changed is unrewierable ?

To answer your questions:

  1. Yes it is the same after a squash of our commits (I have deleted the other one)
  2. Yes sure! PR into the 'main' branch is OK for you?
