Resolves #504

Remaining:

  • Fix/implement the new function name syntax for Rib - see failing tests in http::http_request::tests
  • Change wasm-rpc-stubgen to use the new function name syntax
  • Rebuild test components using RPC stubs
  • Support for the new syntax in golem-cli
