Add expat and fix library order

Needed to build server.so on Linux Mint 18.1.

Otherwise I was getting missing symbols when linking.

By the way, does anyone know of a guide for beginners to use the resulting client.so and server.so files and play the game?

You need to put them in the bin directory of the gesource folder.
