This repo includes data, code, markdown, and final html for an exploratory visualisation of data on reptiles in the ACT.
The associated code files includes:
- Rproject for easy management of files and code (
amp-ala-2023.Rproj) - final html file knitted from the rmd (
amp-ala-rept.html) - final .docx file knitted from the rmd (
amp-ala-rept.docx) - updated R markdown file (
amp-ala-rept.Rmd) - and a previous draft R script file (
exp-ala-rept.R)
Necessary .csv file is included:
- file that is loaded into the project (
dwc-reptiles-act.csv) - original downloaded file from ALA (
dwc.zip)
