This is almost an organizational related change, but if you are going to use the powershell script it should be scoped to the current user.
An even simpler solution, shown in this pull request, might be to use the encodedcommand, which as a plus removes the external dependency on gouuid and no longer requires writing a temp file to the OS.
My two cents, I would say its possible the encodedcommand or even temp file could make org AV false positives appear, but this may be outside the scope of this library.
