In the instance of an LDAP Error code 10 during searches, this change should similarly return referrals to other methods.

I have NOT been able to test this code in any way, as such it's a draft.
This also adds another anti-panic guard for edge case malformed packets, and utilizes consts where appropriate in modified code.
