What did this pull request do?

ExplainSQL's handling of floating point numbers, which were previously formatted like .6f, this PR uses strconv.FormatFloat to format them to preserve precision

User Case Description

An arbitrary floating point number with more than 6 decimal places, for example: 0.1753607109
