v0.8 (added Geocoder control + latest Leaflet.js)

Added a Geocoder Control, which can be enabled using the shortcode parameter "use_search" (set to "true", "yes" or "1" - check is for !empty). Also updated to the latest Leaflet.js release, ie. v1.6
