gdal_dem2rgb <options> SOURCE DEST

To get the awesome Kevin Engle created pallet you can use the -default-palette option. Take note that pallet is optimized for Alaska with a source dataset in meters. The handy commands to fix that for you Alaska Albers users:

gdalwarp -t_srs EPSG:3338 SOURCE DEST-aa
