Installation Instructions of SimpleReg Dependencies

Dependencies

Required tools and libraries:

• NiftyReg (tested version: 1.5.51)
• FSL (tested version: 5.0.10)
• Convert3D (tested version: 1.0)
• ITK_NiftyMIC

Recommended, but optional, tools and libraries are

• ITK-SNAP: Used for interactive visualization (tested version: 3.6.0 and 3.8.0-beta)

Guidelines for installation

• NiftyReg
• FSL
• Convert3D-installer or Convert3D-from-source
• ITK_NiftyMIC
• ITK-SNAP

After installation, please make sure that

• reg_aladin, reg_f3d
• flirt, bet
• c3d_affine_tool

and, optionally,

• itksnap

can be called from the command line.
