A more specific URL for the FreeBSD manual page for axe(4).

Whilst here: correct a typo (singular/plural), and minor changes to wording.

Nit:

& is correct, & (linked but not visible above) is incorrect.

  • menu preset to 4 - Special Files
  • menu preset to FreeBSD 13.2-RELEASE, excluding ports
  • the resulting HTML title of the page should be axe(4), with the section number in parentheses.

Re: https://github.com/grahamperrin/documentation#readme I will attempt to identify the cause of the bug, unless you are already familiar with it.
