eza: Update to 0.20.1

**Summary**
- Relicense to EUPL-1.2
- Add `opml` file extension
- Add a regen rule
- Update just, add more formats
- Recursively walk symlinks pointing at dirs
- Add `--follow-symlinks` option
- Add autocomplete for `--follow-symlinks`
- Show directories last
