This commit informs the GCHP superproject about the following
commits that were pushed to the GitHub geoschem/geos-chem repository:

7dbf97d9d Merge PR #1974 (Bug fixes in GCHP specialty sim ExtData.rc templates )

This PR now includes meteorology template entries into the
ExtData.rc.CO2 and ExtData.rc.TransportTracers template files.
