GeoBretagne's sViewer now part of geOrchestra

GeoBretagne's Simple Viewer got several improvements to become part of geOrchestra :

• jQuery mobile as framework
• i18n support, comes with fr/en/de
• EPSG:3857 projection
• external configuration file
