@opoudjis This will cause issue in jekyll-geolexica as we are splitting the urn references based on ":" so if we wrap the reference in <<>>, it will break the concepts linking in jekyll-geolexica.

I'm currently stuck in lutaml-model issues but I will try to prioritize it this week.
