If a stake address is provided in the market maker configuration, this will be used to create a "mangled" address for the market maker itself, ensuring that ADA residing at that address will be staked.
This means all ADA belonging to the market maker will always be staked, whether they currently locked in an open order on the Genius Yield DEX or not.
