Update python-inject and remove the bundled package #940

Since last year, the python-inject package is included in major distros' repositories, like Debian and Fedora, so it's not really necessary to keep an in-tree version of it. The primary distribution for Cozy is Flatpak anyway, so we can easily bundle the PyPI package with it.

The test is failing, because the CI image pulls the Python dependencies from the master branch, but this PR is mergeable.
