Issue Description
As was stated in the October 2022 report, only allow two types of avatars: the user’s initials and a customized image. Right now there is a third option which is a grey icon of a person. This should be removed because it makes the profile look greyed out and inactive
This issue does not occur in development tenant but I remove some of the profile properties from the persona card component may fix the issue in the production. Any of those may be null in prod but not in dev. We may test it in the production again.
