More map fixes, bigger continents, and free-ish Lamia

Made a couple more map fixes. I also made the continents bigger... which actually was a bug; it should have been that way initially. Now it feels like the first two areas are significant in size!

I also added an option to not require orbs to unlock Lamia. This is for those who want a shorter, but still complete, game.
