Currently there's nothing special done for "longitudinal" processing for single-session images. In classical antsct, it was possible to call the long script with one session.

I'm not sure this is needed for antsnetct. I guess the big difference is still the prior weight for the segmentation, but this can be changed in the cross-sectional script.
