Command update

New features:

• using quotes in commands for arguments with spaces in them
• scrambles don't get messed up when changing from bigger sized cubes
• semicolons allow multiple commands in one line
• there is now a .cl-timer_rc
• you can use the arrow key while inputting text

Installation:
pip install cl-timer
or

brew tap lol-cubes/tap
brew install cl-timer
