Why are the changes needed?

Core use cases docs are very out of date and untested; tutorials contain the most up to date, tested documentation of how to use Flyte features to build solutions to core use cases.

Check all the applicable boxes

• I updated the documentation accordingly.
• All new and existing tests passed.
• All commits are signed-off.
