This looks fine, though I think it's worth including some examples of inappropriate behavior (as the python one does), and maybe what steps will be taken if someone behaves badly. Basically, to make it clear that you are moderating discussions and you have some standards you're comparing against.
I like the contributor covenant as a template, if you haven't seen it before.
