What change(s) does this PR introduce?
Added a new staging connector_type table and addressed other changes to the connector such as adding a new columns to the staging connector, user and log tables. Incorporates some of the connector_type table columns to the connector_status data model.

Tested that the changes to the models ran successfully in the CLI and the changes persisted to the tables in Snowflake.
