added some basic html and txt for testing css is WIP default (component) styling, like the headings also added in fonts and colors
added script to check window scrollY added full header (styling is wip) added var for letter spacing still need to add some comments for the font weights in typography
moved big part of my css into general.css
this is most likely used for ::selection (unsure) but is used for :active state on buttons/links
