A Warm Welcome

There is now an installer, so your blog starts with a properly setup configuration right from the start. The installer will be called when you do npm install or if you call it afterwards via ./install.js.

The documentation has also been improved, so you know how to work with the Blogophon.

And now there is a tag overview page, which is also added to the sitemap.xml.
