Generate BSP mapping using new script

Summary:
BSP mappings are now generated with a new script, regenerate the montblanc once since the new script has different formatting than the old one

./fboss/lib/bsp/bspmapping/run-helper.py

This is just so that it's easier to read the changes in the next diff
