Adds support for per-frequency settings (Channel, Bandwidth, Threshold, Squelch) to the Frequency Scanner. This allows it to use multiple Channels/Demods (E.g. NFM + DSD - Or multiple AM Demods with different settings).
Also fixes support for frequencies > 2G.
