Redumped fixture, and added a news entity

This PR updates the common mobilepay-fixture to include a news entity.

Issue origin:

You can load the most common fixture (the one with mobilepay), add some yourself and dump an updated fixture with: https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/4.2/ref/django-admin/#dumpdata

I've already pruned some of the irrelevant entries in the fixture. I was considering removing the auth related entries as well, but I'm not certain.
