Installer for the Latest Exercism Windows CLI

If you are a Windows user and would prefer an easier way to install the latest version of the Exercism CLI then this app was built for you. Execute the installer after you have downloaded it and follow along with the prompts it provides to download and extract the correct version of the CLI for you version of Windows.

You will need to configure the CLI afterwards. Open a shell window (CMD, Bash, Powershell) of your choice and execure exercism configure to start the configuration process.

note: v1.5.2 refers to the version number of THIS installer. The installer will install the latest version of the Exercism CLI for Windows. DO NOT confuse this version number for the version of the CLI.

note: This is a minor update. The message displayed when the TLS check fails it will not be more explicit and the link the user should be clicking to receive help is bigger and will now blink in order to be noticed.
