Create a template system for sharing organization, election, candidate, and officer information.

Encourage election commissioners to Upload a Spreadsheet to automatically upload organization/election/candidate/officer information and generate pages. Make sure election commissioners can create a new session (Fall 2014 Semester, Spring 2015 Semester), and allow them to continue editing previous ones as well.

How will election commissioners upload images? Upload to a site like imgur, then put the image URL in the form? Like a Tag Management System?

Provide election commissioners with templates and instructions for creating and sending a form (perhaps a Google Form) to all candidates and officers, and have that data automatically gathered into a spreadsheet. Candidates and officers should be able to update their form information at any time, and have this automatically updated on the spreadsheet (although in the MVP election commissioners will need to manually re-upload spreadsheets to apply the latest changes).

No commenting or login or any member/candidate/officer interaction required, but the superuser will need to be able to edit and access the form and spreadsheets.
