DEVPROD-834

Description

Allow projects to define multiple metadata links. Note that these links are for patch metadata, not task metadata. I put a limit of 5 metadata links after speaking to Annie; having a lot of links would make their patches look ugly so I'm hoping users will not need more than 5.
