DEVPROD-931
Description
Removes BugSnag, following evergreen-ci/spruce/pull/2107. Removes
app-version.shscript since BugSnag was the primary consumer.Testing
APP_VERSIONis still visible in the head metadata. Checked that errors are still being reported to Sentry on staging
