- EtherFiNodesManager & EtherFiNode
- removed the usage of middlewareTimesIndexes
- removed the usage of eigenPod.balance
- updated splitBalanceInExecutionLayer, totalBalanceInExecutionLayer, withdrawableBalanceInExecutionLayer
- removed the deprecated delayedWithdrawal router code
- used the provided functions by EL
- deprecated EtherFiNode's {pendingWithdrawalFromRestakingInGwei, completedWithdrawalFromRestakingInGwei}
- _queueEigenpodFullWithdrawal is fixed so that the beacon withdrawal <32 eth can be processed
- WIP
