+## 处理费用
+
+收妥阁下付款后，任何因阁下个人之原因发起的退款都将扣除实际收取金额之 10% 的处理费用。提出退款申请代表阁下理解并同意接受该处理费用。

+## 反网络诈欺之退款例外
+
+我们可能为防网络诈欺而取消部分订单。对于这些订单，阁下可获全额退款而不适用于前款所述之处理费用。包括但不限于存在高风险行为或疑似未经授权支付的订单。

+## 款项返还
+
+一旦确认接纳阁下的退款申请，我司将在三个工作天内执行此操作。退回的款项将原路返回至阁下订购产品时所使用的支付方式中，具体的到账时间可能因阁下选用之支付方式不同而有异。

+除非有充分的理由（如原支付方式已停用、原支付方式无法接受退款等）并联系客服部门提交证明，否则我司不会接受更改退款方式的请求。

+## 客户责任豁免
