Implement support for history matching the salt concentration of production wells. This will include:

• Simulate the open Norne model using the BRINE option
• Add support for loading salt results from simulation
• Adding support for the BRINE keyword (and related keywords)
• Adding HM parameter for BRINE initialization
• Test setup (salt-enabled simulation model --> flownet model)
• Adding a new datasources: CSV-file
• Loading data from multiple datasources
• Test setup (salt-disabled + csv data --> flownet model)
