This pull request includes an update to the
summarymethod in theadmin/class-scans-stats.phpfile to add a new parameter for skipping the cache.This is needed for the multisite support where stats are retrieved through the plugin.
There are unrelated workflow and test changes in this PR that are not related to the cache skip change. The
