… to dotorg via actions This is almost the same as the other dist command except it passes the --keep-build-folder flag and doesn't do the final composer install as it's not necessary
To be re-added again in a second to clear the github cache of the previous file

This PR includes a workflow (currently set to dry-run mode) to publish tagged releases to the dot org repo when a release is published in this plugin repo.
